Our watches are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing and assembly partners to minimize unnecessary transportation. This approach helps us reduce excess packaging, avoid additional fulfillment centers, and lower our carbon footprint.
Each order that travels fewer air miles saves approximately 24 kg of CO₂ emissions — a small but meaningful contribution toward a more sustainable future.

ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATION
Once your order is placed, it immediately enters processing, and cancellations are not possible at that stage.
If you wish to return your order after it has been delivered, please contact our support team at support@watchdogworld.com to initiate a return. Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item, in accordance with our Return Policy.

Priority + Insured Shipping: Your order is fully protected in case it is lost during transit. If your package cannot be located, you may choose between a replacement shipment or a full refund.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your order is lost during transit, we will assist you based on the shipping option selected:

Priority + Insured Shipping: Eligible for either a reshipment or a refund.
To help prevent delivery issues, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. WATCHDOG LTD is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If we make an address-related error, we will take full responsibility and reship your order at no additional cost.
Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” in the courier’s tracking system, we are unable to offer compensation for missing packages. If you cannot locate a delivered parcel, please contact your local courier or postal service for assistance.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, customs and import duties may apply once your package reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. By placing an order with WATCHDOG LTD, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that applicable customs fees may apply.
